Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Wonder picnics and Events:

• Once your event is confirmed, refunds are not available. However, you are welcome to reschedule your picnic for a later date.

• If rain is forecasted the day before your event, we can offer delivery to your home as an alternative. While refunds are not provided, Wonder Picnics and Events allows rescheduling up to one year from the original date.

  Picnic Duration and Extensions

• Our standard picnic experience lasts 3 hours. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $50 CAD per hour. Please ensure you are ready at your location at the agreed time to make the most of your booking.

  Changes to Event Date

• Any requests to change the scheduled event date must be submitted at least one week prior to the original booking date.
