Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Wonder picnics and Events:

• We do not offer refunds after we have confirmed your event.
  You may reschedule your desired picnic date for a later date.

• If the forecast predicts rain one day before the event, we can offer home delivery.
  Wonder picnics and events do not offer a refund, but we can always reschedule your event for up to a year.

• Our standard picnic lasts 3 hours. An additional hour costs $50 CAD.
  We kindly ask you to be at your location at the arranged time to avoid losing minutes of your date.

• Any changes to the scheduled event date must be made 1 week before the original booking date.
