Lesdy Johana is an Early Childhood Educator who worked in education for more than 15 years, supporting children and families through creativity, care, and human connection. In Colombia, she also led an arts and culture foundation, an experience that strengthened her passion for creating meaningful moments and transforming celebrations into memorable experiences.
