Transportation Fee Policy

Events located outside Winnipeg city limits will incur an additional transportation fee of $0.80 CAD per kilometer. This fee ensures the safe delivery, professional setup, and quality of your experience. The total transportation cost will be calculated based on the event location and added to your final quote.
