General Info
Are delivery and setup included in the package price?
Free travel fee up to 20 Kilometres from our location (R2G1L8).
We offer services to a wider area in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas for an additional travel fee. Contact us directly for a travel quote.
Are pets allowed in the tents?
We kindly request that you keep the setup pet-free. Their paws/claws may puncture the mattresses, rip the fabrics, and transfer pet hair. We keep all tents in smoke and pet-free storage.
Are pillows provided?
For hygiene reasons, pillows are not provided; we recommend children bring their own to the party.
Can the children eat in their tents?
Many of our tents are handmade; we ask that you treat the tents and equipment with care, as if they were your own.
We understand that children will eat snacks in the tents/on the trays; however, we ask that you avoid providing food that can stain and ruin the bedding and tent covers, such as pizza, spaghetti, Doritos chips, grape juice, etc. Please only allow water and dry snacks.
The tray table for sleepover parties and birthday parties can always be moved to an area where the kids can eat without worrying about getting the tent or bedding stained.
Do I have to clean the equipment before I return?
No, please leave that to us. Wonder Events equipment is sanitized after every use. Bed linens are washed with an allergy-free detergent with an additive that kills viruses & bacteria, and dry on a high heat setting. We also spray our tents and plush items with a concentrated sanitizing fabric refresher. The final step is steaming the tents inside and out.
Do you have themes for boys and girls?
We have themes for both boys and girls, but we also have themes that are gender-neutral. Please view our theme section.
Our Luxury Picnic setup comes in different color options. It can be set up to match your tent theme.
How long is set up and take down?
Sleepover setups can usually take about 2 hours for a 6 tents package.
Take-down can take about 30 minutes up to 1 hour, depending on the setup details.
If over six tents, it will require additional time for setup and pickup.
How much space do I need for the tents?
The assembled base of each tent is approximately 4ft wide by 5.5ft in length, with the tray table placed at the end of the mattress.
It is 6ft in length when the tray table is placed on the floor in front of the mattress.

When should I request a booking for my Sleepover party?
As soon as you know the date, please book on our website or call/message us to secure your preferred theme and date. We recommend booking at least one month prior to your party.
Luxury Picnics
What location can be used to host picnics?
We can set up in your private backyard, parks, beaches, or even inside your home!
What if it rains?
We are happy to move your picnic indoors. If we are unable to, we will attempt to reschedule for a later date.
How long do I rent a Picnic package for?
Outdoor picnic packages are rented for 4 hours, we return the same day to take down.
